Bix Partner Sponsorship, Venue Sponsorship, Band Sponsorship
A Bix Partner Sponsorship, a Venue Sponsorship, or a Band Sponsorship of the Bix Beiderbecke Jazz Festival entitles your company to help underwrite a portion of the Bix Beiderbecke Jazz Festival. It will continue to educate our area youth who are interested in music, help proliferate the great sounds of Jazz Music, an American tradition, and demonstrate your commitment to one of the single largest cultural events in the Quad City area.
In addition to any of the above Sponsorships, you gain significant recognition by your association with one of the most renowned Jazz Festivals in the country and one of the most notable and well attended events in the Quad Cities!

Endowment Fund
Looking to the future, The Bix Society has established an Endowment Fund through the Community Foundation of the Great River Bend.
This was made possible through Society donations, and the generosity of several donors. Now, we seek contributions to build on the Fund so it will eventually provide on-going revenue. Visit the Community Foundation of the Great River Bend website at: cfgrb.org.
Society Membership
Bix STILL lives because of you. Bix Beiderbecke Jazz Society members become part of a unique organization and give it life – too many jazz festivals have stopped since 2010.
Our members help the non-profit Bix Society meet the heavy financial needs of presenting the annual festival, allowing us to carry out the mission of perpetuating the music and memory of Bix! Included in your annual membership fee is the “Bix Notes” newsletter, keeping you up-to-date on upcoming Festival events, Society information of interest, special events, ticket and hotel information, and much more. Please note that, of any unspecified donations, the first $25 will go towards membership, the rest is considered "donation." There are members from all over the world. Thank you!

Individual Sponsorships
HEADLINER - $1500-$2000
ORCHESTRA SPONSORSHIP - $1000-$1500
Includes your name in souvenir program and one year membership. Also eligible for four Sponsor Badges (which includes admission to the Hospitality room & all festival sessions).
QUARTET SPONSORSHIP - $500
Includes your name in souvenir program and one year membership. Also eligible for two Sponsor Badges (which includes admission to the Hospitality room & all festival sessions).
The following membership levels will include one year membership and your name in the souvenir program.
Duet Level Membership - $250 to $499
Singer Membership - $100 to $249
Hep Cat Membership - $50 to $99
Volunteering
The Bix Society is always looking for volunteers to help stage the festival, the Birthday Bash, and other events. If you’re interested, please email your name & contact information to office@bixsociety.org any time of the year. If you have a specific talent or inclination to help in a certain area (like "sales experience" for our Merchandise tables), please note that, as well.
